  • 5+ years of professional experience with strong production Elixir and Phoenix
  • Track record of shipping features end to end, from product framing through the front end, without handing off
  • Solid grounding in distributed systems, concurrency, and async processing
  • Strong PostgreSQL skills, plus hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
  • Real day-to-day use of AI coding tools, especially Claude Code
  • Able to work EST hours, embedded with an EST-based treasury team
  • Python or other backend languages, payments/treasury/fintech domain experience, event-driven architectures, and AI/ML product exposure
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
