Ian is a SAFe 6® Scrum Master with deep experience in IT Project Management and Service Delivery. He ensures projects remain aligned with client goals, budgets, and timelines, always with a strong client-centric approach. Off-duty, his musical side takes over. If he is not playing guitar, he is at a jazz or rock concert.
Brandon Anderson
Board Advisor
Brandon Anderson is a product and technology executive with over 20 years of experience. As VP of Product and Strategy at NBC Sports Next, he led product, UX, and analytics teams, oversaw a 20+ product portfolio serving 16 million users, grew revenue from $32M to $140M+, and led the integration of key acquisitions including Sports Illustrated Play. At Zingtree, as CPO, he drove an AI-first transformation, launched the company's first LLM-powered products, and scaled engineering using an on/offshore model across the US, LATAM, and India. Today, as Chief Product Officer at Collaboration.Ai, he continues to operate at the intersection of AI, product strategy, and global team building. His deep product leadership experience is particularly valuable to Xseed, helping us better understand the business needs of US companies and align our teams with their goals.

Mercedes is an HR professional with 15+ years of experience, currently specializing in Tech Recruiting, where she designs and leads scalable hiring processes in fast-growing environments. She focuses on strategic recruiting, overseeing end-to-end hiring processes, and continuously improving how organizations attract and assess talent through data, metrics, and AI-powered tools. Outside of work, she is a field hockey player and coach. She loves the beach, nature, and spending quality time with the people she loves.

People Manager
Diego began his career in Quality Assurance, building over 7 years of experience ensuring software product excellence. Throughout that time, he successfully led medium- and long-term planning, implemented test automation strategies, and managed CI/CD pipelines. Today, Diego brings that same commitment to quality into his role as People Manager, with a strong focus on recruiting. Off-duty, his football passion shows, whether playing or going to the stadium.
Aaron González
Design Lead
Aaron seamlessly integrates Behavioral Economics, Behavioral Design, and Product Design to craft exceptional experiences. With over seven years of experience collaborating with startups, growth-stage companies, and enterprises across EdTech, PropTech, HealthTech, Telecommunications, and AI, he is deeply passionate about aiding individuals in advancing their design careers. Outside of work, he immerses himself in philosophical literature or cherishes moments with his family.

With over 20 years of experience in application development and product creation, Jesus has participated in national and international projects. He co-founded Xseed in 2010 alongside Marcelo and co-created the spin-off GU Trade, where he currently serves as CTO. Jesus works every day to help developers become better professionals and above all, to enjoy their work. His passion is his family and exploring technologies, finding and devising solutions through the latest technological trends.

Marcelo is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for innovation. Fourteen years ago, he co-founded Xseed with Jesús. His strategic vision and ability to identify opportunities led him to create the spin-off GU Trade, accelerated by 500 Startup, expanding to more than 12 countries in Latin America. Marcelo also nurtures the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Uruguay, guiding and empowering promising projects.

Outside of work, Agustina loves to unwind by taking long walks along the beautiful beaches of Uruguay, followed by indulging in a good book to relax.

When he is not working, he is spending time with his family or playing music, or both at the same time.
