  • 5+ years of experience as a full stack engineer, with hands-on production experience building and deploying AI agents
  • Strong TypeScript skills across React/Next.js and NestJS
  • Comfortable writing Python for AI worker services
  • Experience with the Claude Agent SDK or similar frameworks for typed, structured agent outputs
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and event-driven architecture (Postgres, outbox patterns)
  • Used to remote, async-first work culture
  • Temporal/workflow orchestration experience, Open Policy Agent familiarity, OpenTelemetry/observability exposure, and identity protocols like OIDC/SAML/SCIM/RBAC (nice to have)
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
