AI/ML Engineer — LLM Applications

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including LLM-based features shipped to production users
  • Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience with LLM application patterns: tool calling, structured outputs, RAG, and agent workflows (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, or similar)
  • Experience building evaluations, tracing, and prompt logging for LLM features (Langfuse or similar)
  • Experience designing human-in-the-loop AI, with editable outputs, audit trails, and API-level access control
  • Daily use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or MCP to accelerate delivery
  • Experience with AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3), Docker, and GitHub Actions
  • Solid SQL and data modeling skills (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
  • Comfort working in existing .NET (C#) and Angular codebases
  • Self-motivated, organized, and strong at troubleshooting in remote, async environments
  • Nice to have: experience with Snowflake (Cortex AI, Snowpark ML), recommendation or personalization systems, and event-driven architectures (SQS, gRPC), knowledge of education data compliance (FERPA, SOC 2), background in higher education, fundraising, or CRM products, and a degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
