    • 7+ years of experience in IT operations, including 2–3 years in a management or team lead role
    • Availability for meaningful overlap with US Eastern or Central time
    • Proven experience managing IT in a startup or high-growth company
    • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and SaaS-based IT environments
    • Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, MDM platforms, and identity/SSO tools such as Okta
    • Solid understanding of IT security frameworks and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar)
    • Demonstrated ability to build and document processes from scratch
    • Experience managing vendor relationships and software contracts
    • Advanced English — written and verbal — with the ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
