  • 4+ years of combined Salesforce admin and development experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) and Platform Developer I certification
  • Solid Apex, LWC, and SOQL/SOSL skills
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD deployment tools
  • Used to working async with a remote, distributed team
  • Platform Developer II certification, equipment financing/lending background, Salesforce DX/scratch orgs, and AI tools like Copilot (nice to have)
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
