  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
  • Experience in financial services, lending, fintech, or a similar regulated environment
  • Strong understanding of admin best practices, security, reporting, and automation
  • Experience supporting end users in a production environment
  • Used to working async with a remote, distributed team
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
