- Strong hands-on experience with Relativity, including workspace configuration, field management, layouts, views, and production workflows
- Deep expertise in Relativity Analytics, including conceptual clustering, email threading, near-duplicate detection, and analytics set management
- Experience managing Review Center workflows, including queue creation, reviewer assignments, prioritized review, and dashboard monitoring
- Hands-on experience with Active Learning / Technology-Assisted Review (TAR), including model training, validation, stabilization, and Continuous Active Learning (CAL)
- Solid understanding of e-discovery processing and production workflows, including deduplication, privilege logs, Bates numbering, and production set management
- Background supporting litigation, compliance investigations, or regulatory matters within law firms, in-house legal teams, or managed review environments
- Clear communicator comfortable working directly with attorneys, compliance stakeholders, and external counsel in confidential, fast-paced environments
- Comfortable joining a short-term engagement with immediate impact and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment (engagement expected to be 2–3 months)
- English proficiency (B2 or higher)
Bonus: Relativity certifications (RCA, RRS), SQL or PowerShell experience, and exposure to AI-assisted review platforms such as Reveal, DISCO, or Everlaw are highly valued.
