QA Test Manager

  • Based in Uruguay and available for on-site work
  • Proven experience as a Test Manager or Senior Test Lead in enterprise environments
  • Strong experience defining and owning end-to-end test strategies and test plans
  • Hands-on experience coordinating SIT, UAT, E2E, regression, and OAT testing phases
  • Strong background in system integration, data validation, and end-to-end testing
  • Experience managing defects, risks, and testing quality standards across projects
  • Ability to coordinate UAT activities and align with business stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills working with IT teams, business areas, and external vendors
  • Experience providing clear reporting on test progress, risks, and go-live readiness
  • Solid understanding of QA processes, test lifecycle management, and risk-based testing
  • Hands-on experience with testing and project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)

Bonus: experience in large-scale enterprise implementations, go-live readiness, hybrid teams, test governance frameworks, data-heavy or integration projects, process improvement, and regulated or compliance-driven environments.
