  • 3 to 5 years of QA experience, with solid hands-on automation in Playwright and TypeScript
  • Real experience using AI tools and workflows in QA work, not just occasional use of a chatbot
  • A proactive mindset: someone who improves how the team works, not just executes assigned tasks
  • Solid manual QA foundation: test case design, backlog management, multi-environment testing
  • End-to-end ownership mentality across the delivery cycle
  • Comfortable working async with a distributed, remote team
  • Selenium experience to read legacy code during Playwright migration
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
