    • 4+ years of professional QA experience
    • Solid Playwright experience as a primary automation framework
    • Strong manual QA background: test case creation, backlog management, multi-environment testing
    • Genuine willingness to do manual testing as a significant part of daily work
    • Familiarity with using AI tools to generate test plans and test case structures
    • End-to-end ownership mindset — following tickets from development handoff through production validation
    • Comfortable working fully remote in an async, distributed team
    • English proficiency (B2 or higher
