Product Manager

• Strong experience leading product management initiatives for complex platform rebuilds, including roadmap ownership, feature prioritization, release sequencing, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment
• Proven ability to translate strategic business objectives into actionable engineering roadmaps, balancing quick wins, technical foundation work, and long-term product vision
• Hands-on experience operating within greenfield product environments, coordinating backend architecture changes, schema migrations, frontend redesigns, and UX improvements in parallel
• Experience defining and managing phase-gated product roadmaps, including milestone planning, dependency tracking, scope management, and delivery predictability across multi-quarter initiatives
• Strong background conducting user research, stakeholder interviews, usability testing, and feedback synthesis to drive user-centric product decisions and roadmap refinement
• Ability to establish and track success metrics, communicate progress transparently, surface risks early, and maintain stakeholder confidence through structured reporting and roadmap visibility
• Comfortable acting as the liaison between executive stakeholders, partners, and engineering teams, translating technical constraints into realistic timelines and business priorities into product decisions
• Hands-on experience with Agile product management processes, including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, acceptance criteria definition, and cross-functional delivery coordination
• Strong proficiency with AI-powered productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Confluence AI, Cursor, or similar tools to accelerate documentation, roadmap planning, requirement generation, and decision-making workflows
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Linear, Confluence, Notion, FigJam, Miro, Figma, or Coda for roadmap management, collaboration, user research, and stakeholder communication
• Clear communicator with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills, comfortable operating in fast-paced, highly collaborative, and evolving environments
• English proficiency (B2 or higher)
