Building Transparency

  • 1 to 2 years of professional experience with Python
  • Working knowledge of Angular and TypeScript
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI coding tools, ideally Claude Code
  • Comfortable working async with a distributed, remote team, and eager to grow fast
  • Nice to have: AWS or GCP exposure, Git workflows/CI-CD, interest in climate tech
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
