- 0–2 years of experience in any structured, detail-oriented data or document processing role (medical billing, insurance claims, KYC/AML, healthcare records, data entry, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to follow detailed written protocols consistently and accurately over sustained work periods
- Strong attention to detail: able to identify specific data patterns across varied document formats
- Ability to identify, tag, and categorize PII, PHI, and financial account information using defined review protocols
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and a secure workspace
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus)
- English proficiency (B2 or higher)
Bonus: Any prior document review experience, even outside a legal context, is a plus. Basic familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or CCPA, and exposure to eDiscovery platforms like Relativity.
