  • Organized and detail-oriented, with a habit of following through on the small stuff
  • Comfortable taking ownership of tasks while knowing when to ask for guidance
  • Genuine interest in building a long-term career in account management
  • Comfortable working fully remote and async with a distributed team
  • Strong written and verbal English (C1 or above) for daily communication with US-based clients
