  • 5+ years of professional full stack development experience
  • Strong .NET / C# backend experience (.NET Framework 4.8)
  • Solid React experience on the front end
  • Proven, hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude or similar) to accelerate real development work
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication for close collaboration in a small distributed team
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership in a small, fast-scaling team
  • Availability for US-compatible working hours
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
