  • 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Python for backend API development (RESTful APIs, ORM, business logic)
  • Hands-on experience with Angular and TypeScript for frontend development
  • Experience with PostgreSQL: schema design, query optimization, ORM and raw SQL
  • Familiarity with async task processing (Celery, Redis, or similar)
  • Frontend testing experience with Playwright, Cypress, or similar E2E frameworks
  • Backend testing with pytest (unit and integration)
  • Experience with Docker and docker-compose for local development
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or similar)
  • Ability to own features end-to-end: from API design to frontend implementation and deployment
  • Experience mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions
  • Comfortable working in greenfield projects with evolving requirements
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher) 

Bonus: Familiarity with Next.js, NgRx, or Redux is a plus, as is experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) or infrastructure-as-code tools. Exposure to AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is a welcome addition.
