  • 5+ years of professional full-stack web development experience
  • Strong proficiency in at least two of: PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Node.js
  • Hands-on production experience with a modern JS framework (React, Vue, or Angular)
  • Solid back-end experience designing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs
  • Relational database fluency (MySQL, PostgreSQL): schema design, query optimization, migrations
  • Experience maintaining and evolving PHP applications (Laravel, Symfony, or custom)
  • Ability to work on legacy-to-modern migrations using incremental approaches (e.g., strangler-fig pattern)
  • Strong testing habits (unit, integration, contract) and Git workflow discipline
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)

Bonus: Experience with PHP-to-modern stack migrations is a strong plus, as is familiarity with both Python and Node.js back-ends. Working knowledge of AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and event-driven architectures (SQS, SNS, EventBridge) will set you apart.
