  • 6+ years of professional experience as a full stack or backend-focused engineer
  • Strong experience with backend development, database design, and AI/ML integration
  • Comfortable working inside an existing codebase and making changes without breaking things
  • Some experience with deployments, monitoring, and managing dev/prod environments
  • Prior experience mentoring or guiding other developers
  • Comfortable working async and taking ownership without heavy oversight
  • Early-stage startup experience, AI-powered product background, admin portal familiarity, and interest in social/community features
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
