    • 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
    • Experience standing up and configuring new cloud regions (preferably UK and Australia)
    • Strong understanding of data residency, regional data isolation, and compliance requirements
    • Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
    • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
    • CI/CD pipeline implementation and management
    • Ability to document infrastructure for repeatable regional deployments
    • Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud infrastructure issues
    • Comfortable working on short-term, project-based engagements
    • Familiarity with GDPR data handling practices (nice to have)
    • Experience in SOC 1 / SOC 2 compliant environments (nice to have)
    • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
