  • 5+ years of hands-on DevOps or infrastructure engineering experience
  • UTC timezone — 8:00 AM UTC start, minimum 4 hours of daily overlap required
  • Strong AWS skills at production level (hard requirement)
  • Proficient with Kubernetes — managing clusters in production environments
  • Terraform experience, including resolving IaC drift against live infrastructure
  • GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitoring and alerting with Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana
  • Comfortable with PagerDuty and on-call responsibilities
  • Python and/or Bash scripting for automation tasks
  • Async-first mindset: proactive status updates, structured handoffs, ownership without needing follow-up
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
