BA/QA Engineer

  • 4+ years of combined experience as a BA and/or QA on web product teams, with hands-on time in both disciplines
  • Strong requirements skills: user stories with acceptance criteria, process mapping, and stakeholder communication
  • Solid QA fundamentals: test design (equivalence partitioning, boundary value, risk-based), test planning, and defect management
  • Hands-on automation experience with at least one modern UI framework (Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium)
  • API testing experience (Postman, Newman, REST Assured, or supertest)
  • Comfort with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and reading code in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and backlog management (Jira or equivalent)
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)

Bonus: Prior experience on replatforming or legacy migration projects is a strong plus. Familiarity with performance testing tools (k6, JMeter), basic AWS knowledge, SQL or BI tools, and an ISTQB certification will be valued.
