  • Based on-site in Montevideo, Uruguay
  • Hands-on experience with SQL development and troubleshooting on relational databases
  • Experience building reporting, automation, or integration solutions
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft environments with critical operational processes and multiple integrated systems
  • Working knowledge of Power BI and advanced Excel
  • Exposure to DevOps and ALM practices: backlog management, version control, testing, change management
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to distinguish symptoms from root causes
  • Comfortable working with users, infrastructure, security, and provider teams
  • Power Automate/REST APIs/Git/ETL specifics, Power Apps/Fabric/Azure/Python exposure, CI-CD/data governance familiarity, and certifications (nice to have)
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
