  • 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with a strong backend or full stack focus
  • Strong experience building APIs and backend services (Node.js, Python, or similar)
  • Solid understanding of system design, distributed systems, and integrations
  • Experience integrating with external systems, ERP platforms, HRIS, or third-party APIs
  • Proficiency with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Ability to design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable integration pipelines
  • Experience writing clean, well-tested code including unit and integration tests
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
