  • 5 to 9 years of experience working with mainframe operating systems (z/OS)
  • 5 to 9 years of Assembler development on z/OS
  • 3 to 4 years of C/C++ development
  • 3 to 5 years applying mainframe system programming principles
  • Strong experience writing and maintaining JCL
  • Experience with Unix System Services on z/OS
  • Experience across the full application development lifecycle on z/OS
  • 5+ years of debugging and troubleshooting on mainframe, including dumps and traces
  • Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices
  • Comfortable working remotely and async with distributed teams
  • Nice to have: 1+ year of COBOL, plus knowledge of PL/I, REXX, or IMS
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
