  • Strong experience managing servers, systems, and cloud environments
  • Hands-on experience with VMware and AWS
  • Experience managing FTP servers, VPNs, and datacenter infrastructure
  • Strong user and access management across systems
  • Experience managing SaaS tools and IT subscriptions
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, and risk management
  • Hands-on experience with SSL, antivirus, 2FA, and password vaults
  • Experience with PCI compliance, DR planning, and pentesting processes
  • End-user support experience (including Mac environments)
  • Hardware troubleshooting and vendor management
  • Strong documentation and process ownership
