Engineering Manager – Technical Integrations

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering or technical leadership, including 2+ years in management
  • Proven track record leading system integration teams in SaaS, fintech, automation, or similar environments
  • Strong technical knowledge of NetSuite (SuiteTalk/SuiteScript), Boomi, and RESTful APIs
  • Ability to guide architecture reviews, API design, data mapping, and debugging across integration platforms
  • Experience overseeing end-to-end project delivery, sprint planning, estimation, and documentation
  • Ability to lead 5–7 engineers, conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and career development plans
  • Experience handling technical escalations and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Implementations, CS, and Sales Engineering
  • Proficiency reviewing architecture diagrams, logs, API payloads, and integration workflows
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)

Bonus

  • Boomi certifications or hands-on Boomi process building
  • Experience with Mulesoft, Workato, or other iPaaS platforms

Understanding of ERP/AP or accounting workflows
