- Strong experience defining and tracking product metrics such as DAU, WAU, MAU, retention, churn, and KPIs
- Hands-on experience with analytics and monitoring tools (Google Analytics, Sentry, product dashboards)
- Ability to implement and leverage session replay and user behavior tools for qualitative insights
- Strong user research skills including interviews, feedback synthesis, and insight generation
- Experience building and maintaining user journey maps and identifying friction points and opportunities
- Ability to centralize, analyze, and translate user feedback into actionable product decisions
- Strong product prioritization skills based on data, research, and business goals
- Experience defining measurement frameworks and success metrics for new features and experiments
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to advise leadership on product direction and priorities
- Excellent documentation and communication skills across remote tools and async environments
- Hands-on design capabilities including prototyping and wireframing in Figma or similar tools
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with founders, engineers, and design teams
Bonus: experience with competitor analysis and product strategy in consumer-facing digital products
