AI/ML Engineer

• Senior-level ownership of end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data foundations to production stability
• Strong experience designing and implementing ML models for classification, ranking, and scoring use cases
• Proven ability to build and operate production-grade ML pipelines, including ingestion, feature engineering, scoring, persistence, and APIs
• Strong focus on model explainability, reliability, and alignment with business and product objectives
• Hands-on experience integrating ML workflows into backend systems using Python and TypeScript / Node.js
• Experience with event-driven and asynchronous architectures for ML-driven systems
• Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search for AI-powered retrieval and knowledge systems
• Experience evolving or experimenting with AI agent patterns and agentic workflows (plus for conversational systems)
• Strong production mindset: monitoring, incident response, debugging, and long-term operational stability of ML systems
• Experience strengthening CI/CD, testing strategies, and quality gates for ML-related services
• Ability to act as a technical reference, performing deep code reviews and mentoring engineers
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, translating complex ML concepts into clear, actionable guidance
