  • Strong experience working with Technolutions Slate (configuration, workflows, rules, queries, reporting)
  • Experience supporting universities or higher education institutions
  • Ability to audit existing implementations and propose improvements
  • Experience designing and optimizing admissions and enrollment workflows
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience improving system performance, reporting, and automation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Nice to have: experience implementing or migrating Slate CRM
  • Experience working with multiple institutions as a consultant is a plus
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
