ML Engineer (PX)

• 5–10+ years of experience in applied machine learning or data-driven systems
• Strong experience building and deploying LLM-powered systems in production
• Expertise in prompt engineering, evaluation, and LLM orchestration
• Experience designing RAG pipelines and hybrid AI architectures
• Strong programming skills (Python or similar) and backend development experience
• Experience building regression testing frameworks and evaluation pipelines
• Ability to work with complex, messy datasets and identify edge cases
• Experience implementing guardrails, validation logic, and reliability mechanisms
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in ambiguous environments
• Experience working with data pipelines, ML systems, and backend services
• Nice to have: experience in regulated environments (finance, compliance, etc.)
• English proficiency (B2 or higher)
