Machine Learning

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, or backend systems
• Proficiency in Java for backend and data pipeline development
• Strong expertise in LLM-based systems: prompt design, versioning, tool orchestration, and evaluation
• Experience building and maintaining AI pipelines combining deterministic and probabilistic components
• Ability to design and evolve evaluation frameworks, regression testing systems, and golden datasets
• Experience implementing guardrails, confidence scoring, abstention logic, and fallback mechanisms
• Solid understanding of data extraction, transformation, and quality improvement at scale
• Comfortable working across ML, data engineering, and backend services end-to-end
• Ability to proactively identify system failure modes and implement solutions autonomously
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• English proficiency (B2 or higher)
