  • 5+ years of experience in backend or full stack development
  • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience building REST APIs and microservices architectures
  • Solid knowledge of Spring Security (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC)
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL and SQL optimization (JPA/Hibernate, indexing)
  • Frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Experience with Docker, AWS (or similar cloud), and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
  • Understanding of caching strategies (Redis) and scalable system design
  • Strong focus on performance, security, and reliability
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
