  • Strong hands-on experience building and shipping production websites with Framer
  • Solid design sensibility (typography, layout, spacing, responsiveness, motion)
  • Ability to translate briefs and wireframes into polished, high-quality, responsive websites
  • Experience with site launch processes including DNS, domain configuration and basic on-page SEO
  • Strong understanding of balancing design and development quality in fast-paced delivery environments
  • Experience building reusable components and contributing to design systems or component libraries
  • Strong async communication skills and fluent written English (Slack-based collaboration)
  • Comfortable working in remote, fast-moving teams with high autonomy and ownership mindset
  • Ability to work end-to-end on website delivery, from build to launch and post-launch support

Bonus: React experience for advanced Framer customizations, and familiarity with GA/GTM integrations.
