Finance AI & Automation Lead

  • 3+ years of experience in data, finance systems, or data engineering (FP&A, analytics, or similar)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and Python
  • Experience building and managing data pipelines and integrating systems (ERP → data warehouse)
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
  • Experience designing and implementing AI-powered workflows and automation
  • Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, or AI agents
  • Ability to build self-service tools for reporting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Strong understanding of data governance, quality, and auditability
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders, including finance and leadership teams
  • Ability to work autonomously and deliver end-to-end solutions in fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving and product-oriented mindset
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
