  • 5+ years of experience in backend or functional programming
  • Proficiency in Elixir and Phoenix for building scalable APIs
  • Strong knowledge of concurrent systems and background job processing
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design
  • Familiarity with Linux environments, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation
  • Understanding of testing, automation, and system resilience
  • Experience working in agile, fast-paced teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)

Bonus: interest in AI and distributed systems.
