AI Engineer

  • 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, ML pipelines, or automation systems
  • Strong proficiency in Python with practical experience using OpenAI / Anthropic (via Bedrock)
  • Experience building multimodal document-processing pipelines (PDF → image → LLM → structured output)
  • Hands-on experience with multi-agent architectures using LangChain and/or LangGraph
  • Understanding of token limits, chunking strategies, retrieval patterns, and consolidation workflows
  • Experience with OCR and document extraction tools: AWS Textract, Azure Document Intelligence
  • Strong AWS experience: Lambda, SQS, S3, ECS/Kubernetes, event-driven design (serverless preferred)
  • Ability to design scalable API endpoints and high-volume asynchronous processing systems
  • Experience with fault tolerance, observability, retries, and dead-letter queues
  • Experience handling technical or financial documents and producing validated JSON outputs
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)

Bonus: experience leading small AI teams or shaping AI product architecture
