  • Senior-level experience in data engineering with exposure to AI/ML workflows
  • Hands-on experience with cloud data warehousing platforms (Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, or Databricks)
  • Strong understanding of data architecture design, modeling, and centralization strategies
  • Experience connecting data sources with LLMs or AI pipelines
  • Ability to design and implement data layers optimized for AI consumption
  • Familiarity with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
  • Experience working with non-technical teams (marketing, operations, agile) to define information structures and sources of truth
  • Ability to translate business needs into concrete, maintainable data solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments
  • English proficiency (B2 or higher)
